This 1 day course covers, in depth:

- Keeping you safe from delivery to the plate:- Suppliers and Deliveries, Storage, Date marking, Common Errors, Thawing, Preparation, Cooking and Reheating, Cooling, Displays.
- Spoilage and preservation
- Personal hygiene
- Premises and Equipment
- Pest recognition
- Cleaning and Disinfection
- The Law and enforcement
- Short MOCK test

For any customers who would prefer to take the course and exam in the comfort of their own home or office we provide the same presentation with re caps and opportunities for questions via Zoom with an online exam at a date and time to suit them subject to availability.

Cost: Total course cost is £59.50 + VAT
The examination (included in the price) is a 30 question, multiple choice paper, lasting 45 minutes. You must get 20 correct to pass.
