This includes ;-

• 1 hour of your time to discuss/agree application.

• Preparation of ALL paperwork  for application to local authority ready for your signature

• Submission of application to Local Authority and preparation of required notices, etc

• On-call advice should issues arise

 

The fee for this is £400+vat

 

 This does not include ;-

• Preparation of a Plan of your premises to be licenced

• The fee to the local authority (based on rateable value)

• The cost of advertising in your local newspaper - usually (£100 - £250)

• Attendance at the hearing should there be one
